Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Hack Tycoon: Dark Protocol ("the app", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Game Rules and Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• Not use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate gameplay
• Not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the app

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers in-app purchases including:

• Gem packs (virtual currency)
• Premium Pass (subscription or one-time purchase)
• Remove Ads (one-time purchase)

Important:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual currency (gems) has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store

5. Subscriptions (Premium Pass)

If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. Advertisements

The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. You may:

• Watch rewarded video ads to earn in-game bonuses
• See banner and interstitial ads during gameplay
• Purchase "Remove Ads" to disable all advertisements (except rewarded videos you choose to watch)

7. Game Center and Leaderboards

If you use Apple Game Center features:

• Your scores and achievements may be visible to other players
• You must comply with Apple's Game Center Terms of Service
• We may remove scores that violate our game rules

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and game mechanics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• Create derivative works based on the app
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

9. User-Generated Content

The app does not currently support user-generated content. All game content is provided by us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components
• Game progress will not be lost

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of game progress or virtual items
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time
• Change game mechanics, features, or content
• Adjust pricing for in-app purchases
• Remove or add features without notice

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the app ends immediately
• You must delete the app from your device
• Virtual items and progress may be lost

14. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services (AdMob, RevenueCat, Game Center). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

19. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the app
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.
