How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app. Your progress may be saved via iCloud or Game Center. Contact us if the problem continues.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
My progress was lost. Can it be recovered?
Progress is saved locally on your device and, where available, via iCloud. Ensure iCloud is enabled for the app in your device settings. Contact us with your details and we will do our best to help.
