By downloading and using Shadow Drift: Orb Survival, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License Grant

Q8 Dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Shadow Drift on your personal iOS device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

User Conduct

You agree to use Shadow Drift only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the app.

In-App Purchases

Shadow Drift is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases are available for cosmetic items and convenience features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

Ads and Ad-Supported Features

Shadow Drift may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. You may watch ads to earn in-game rewards. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Shadow Drift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Q8 Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Shadow Drift.

Intellectual Property

All content in Shadow Drift, including graphics, sounds, gameplay mechanics, and character designs, is the intellectual property of Q8 Dev and protected by copyright law.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Shadow Drift if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
